pohae: to see/use something that has been previously stolen by the person possessing the object, the new individual will have to steal such object from the first stealer....
pohae: but there is a clause, thank goodness.....

hamak0san: and this clause would be..?
pohae: the amendment to the theft rule was brought about in the early 1998's with pohae vs. pohae
hamak0san: ROTFLMAO
pohae: the new individual would then try and blackmail the current possessor with threats of "telling mom" or some other authoritative figure, more than likely a figure with permission to give spanking....
pohae: then all rules are null and void and the halo gets polished. Although the new owner may need to keep an eye on the rest of their stuff for the next week....

pohae: i now pronounce myself the holder of the latest people magazine issue and will start taking numbers for other people who need magazines such as this......since i think i might be the only person who steals these from the doctors....
