I'm trying to be ok with the fact that i screwed up big time and lost what i felt was a good friend. Should i tell myself that if he was a real friend he'd forgive me, to make myself feel better?

What's funny to me is that of all the people i spent time with in San Diego.. Adam is the only one that's called me to see how i'm doing and that i'm ok after everything that happened.
