I found out that he indirectly checked up on me tonight. I feel.. happy that he cared enough, but also pissed that he would stay away from me all this time, yet want to know what i've been up to.

Doesn't the fact that you've basically shut me out of your life mean that you don't want to deal with me anymore? Doesn't that mean you don't get to know what's happening with me?

I hate myself for whatever it is that i'm feeling right now. Because this feeling that i'm feeling.. is NOT a step in the direction of 'moving on.'
